Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people using a screen reader, enlarged text, or a keyboard alone.

The site is built to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines and aims to meet level AA. You can move through it by keyboard alone; every page begins with a link that skips straight to the content; every image carries alternative text; and every form field has a label and an error message tied to it, read out together with it. Colour contrast has been checked against the background, and text can be enlarged without the page breaking. Filtering the shop by collection works even with JavaScript turned off, because those are real links rather than buttons.

If your operating system is set to reduce motion, the animations here stop. The video on the home page is decoration only: it is silent, it carries nothing that is not also written in the text, and it is hidden from screen readers — which is why it needs no captions.

The site is published in Hebrew, Arabic and English, each shown in its own reading direction.

Some parts are not fully in our hands, chief among them the payment provider's own page.

The studio itself is in Nof HaGalil. Before visiting you are welcome to call 052-232-2208 and we will describe exactly what is on the way in — steps, the width of doorways, anything worth knowing in advance.

Found something that does not work for you? Write to beirifuceramics@gmail.com or call 052-232-2208. We would rather know, and we will fix it.
