Terms of sale
Beirïfu is a ceramics studio in Nof HaGalil. On this site you can buy pieces, book workshops and courses, and buy gift cards. This page sets out what you are agreeing to when you do.
Prices are in new shekels. Payment is by card through an outside payment provider: your card details go straight to them, and we neither see them nor keep them.
A shop order can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed, through the link in your confirmation email. Payment is taken when the order is placed, and cancelling within those 30 minutes refunds it in full to your card. After 30 minutes the work begins. Preparation times, delivery charges and returns are set out on the shipping and returns page.
Cancelling a workshop or course place at least 24 hours before the date entitles you to a full refund, through the link in your confirmation email. Cancelling within the last 24 hours before the date entitles you to a 50% refund. In that case, contact the studio to receive it; without contacting the studio, no refund is given. If we have to call off a session — weather, illness, too few people booked — we will tell you as early as we can, and you will have the full amount back or another date, whichever you prefer. None of this limits the cancellation rights the Consumer Protection Law gives you.
A gift card is valid for three months from the day it was bought or issued. It can be spent on a workshop, on a course or in the shop, and in more than one go until the balance runs out. It cannot be exchanged for cash. About a fortnight before it expires we send a reminder to whoever the card is registered to.
A discount code is good for one use unless it says otherwise, and two codes cannot be combined on one order. A gift card and a discount code can be used together.
Every piece is made by hand, so colour, height and texture vary slightly between one and the next. The photographs represent a piece honestly but do not promise an exact match.
The photographs, words and design of this site belong to the studio. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel.
