Shipping and returns

Pieces we have on the shelf leave the studio in Nof HaGalil within a few working days. Delivery is 60 ₪ anywhere in the country, and on any order over 500 ₪ we pay for it.

Some pieces are made to order. Each one says on its own page how long it takes, usually three to four weeks. That is the time it takes to throw, dry, fire, glaze and fire again, and there is no way to hurry it without spoiling the result. A large order may take longer, and that is written on the page too.

You have 30 minutes from placing an order to call it off, through the link in your confirmation email. Payment is taken when you order, and if you cancel within those 30 minutes the money goes back in full to the card you paid with — it may take a few working days to appear. After 30 minutes we have started work, so write or call and we will see what can be done.

If a parcel arrives broken, or you receive something other than what you ordered, photograph it and send it to us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the piece or refund you in full including the delivery charge, and the return is at our cost.

Buying at a distance gives you a right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law. A piece that was not made specially for you can be returned within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and comes back as it was sent. Return postage in that case is yours, and we may deduct the cancellation fee the law allows. A piece made specially for you cannot be cancelled, unless there is something wrong with it.

Everything here is made by hand. Colour, height and the line of the glaze vary a little from one piece to the next. That is the nature of the work rather than a fault, and we do not replace a piece over a difference of that kind.
