When you buy something here or book a workshop we ask for your name, email address and phone number, and for an order being delivered, the address it should go to. You can add a note to an order, and we ask how you heard about us. That is everything we collect.

We use it to send your order, confirm your booking, remind you the day before a workshop, and answer you when you write. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.

Your card details never pass through us. They go straight to the payment provider, and all we get back is confirmation that the payment went through and a reference number.

A few outside services help us run the site and see some of this: the service that hosts the database, the mail service our emails go out through, and the payment provider. If you choose to hear from us on WhatsApp, Meta sees your number as well.

There are no analytics on this site and no advertising cookies. The only cookies are your basket, which stays in your browser for thirty days, and the language you chose. The pieces you have hearted are kept in your browser alone and never reach us at all.

Order and receipt records are kept as long as the law requires accounting records to be kept.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to beirifuceramics@gmail.com and we will deal with it. If you signed up to hear from us you can take yourself off the list at any time, without explaining why.
